No-Return & Refund Policy

Last Updated: September 18, 2026

Thank you for choosing our services. Because our products and services are primarily digital, customized, and created specifically for each customer, all purchases are considered final.

By placing an order, purchasing a package, or submitting payment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms of this No-Return & Refund Policy.

1. All Sales Are Final

All purchases of digital products, licenses, creative services, promotional services, and service packages are non-refundable and non-returnable once payment has been completed.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • 🎵 Beat licenses and digital music products

  • 🎨 Cover art and graphic design

  • 🎚️ Mixing and mastering

  • 🎬 Promotional videos and video editing

  • 📱 TikTok and social media promotion

  • 📢 SubmitHub and other promotional campaigns

  • 🎧 Spotify Canvas content

  • 📋 Release and promotional strategy services

  • 📦 Starter, Premium, VIP, and other bundled packages

  • ✍️ Custom or personalized creative work

Because digital files and services cannot be physically returned, we generally cannot accept returns after an order has been purchased or work has begun.

2. Cancellations

Customers may request cancellation before work on an order has started. Cancellation requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Once work has started, a cancellation will generally not be eligible for a refund because time, resources, third-party services, or customized work may already have been committed to the order.

If a third-party service or promotional campaign has already been purchased on your behalf, those costs may be non-refundable regardless of whether the customer later requests cancellation.

3. Customized Services

Certain services require work to be created specifically for the customer. This includes cover art, promotional videos, Spotify Canvas content, mixing/mastering, custom creative work, and other personalized services.

Once production or customization begins, the order cannot generally be returned or refunded.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate information, files, lyrics, artwork requirements, audio files, social media information, and other materials necessary to complete the service.

4. Revisions

Where revisions are included with a package, revisions must remain within the scope of the original service.

A revision may include reasonable changes to an existing deliverable. A completely new concept, substantially different creative direction, new recording, additional service, or significant rework may be treated as a new service and may require an additional fee.

The number of revisions included in an order will depend on the package purchased.

Additional revisions, when available, may be purchased separately.

5. Digital Products and Beat Licenses

Digital products, including beat licenses, are not eligible for return once purchased or delivered.

Customers should review the applicable license terms before purchasing a beat.

Purchasing a beat license does not automatically grant ownership or rights beyond those specifically provided by the applicable license.

6. Promotional Services

Promotion services involve third-party platforms, advertising systems, submission platforms, creators, and other external factors that are outside of our direct control.

Payment for a promotional service covers the agreed promotional activity or campaign—not a guaranteed number of streams, views, followers, playlist placements, subscribers, or other performance results.

For this reason, refunds will generally not be provided simply because a promotional campaign does not produce a specific number of views, streams, followers, or other results.

We cannot guarantee virality, playlist placement, audience growth, or any specific marketing outcome.

7. Third-Party Services

Some services may involve third-party platforms or providers. Once funds have been committed to a third-party service on behalf of a customer, those costs may not be recoverable.

Examples may include:

  • Advertising platforms

  • Music submission platforms

  • Distribution services

  • Independent contractors

  • Promotional services

  • Other external vendors

If a third-party provider experiences a delay, rejection, outage, policy change, or other issue, we will make reasonable efforts to address the situation, but we cannot guarantee that third-party costs will be refundable.

8. Delays and Turnaround Times

Estimated turnaround times are provided to help customers understand when their order is expected to be completed.

Turnaround time generally begins once all required customer materials and information have been received.

Delays caused by:

  • Missing files

  • Incorrect information

  • Late responses

  • Additional revision requests

  • Changes to the original project

  • Third-party platforms

  • Circumstances outside our reasonable control

may extend the estimated delivery time.

A delay does not automatically qualify an order for a refund.

9. Incorrect or Missing Information

Customers are responsible for reviewing the information they submit before placing an order.

This may include:

  • Artist name

  • Song title

  • Audio files

  • Social media handles

  • Release information

  • Cover-art requirements

  • Promotional links

  • Other project details

If incorrect information is provided and work must be redone as a result, additional fees or extended turnaround times may apply.

10. Problems With a Delivered Service

If you believe there is a genuine issue with a completed deliverable, contact us as soon as possible with a description of the problem.

We may, at our discretion, offer a reasonable correction when the issue is related to our failure to follow the agreed specifications.

A correction is different from a refund. Our first approach will generally be to correct an eligible issue rather than refund the order.

11. Customer Preference vs. Service Error

A customer changing their mind, disliking a creative direction after approving it, or deciding they no longer want the service does not automatically constitute a defect or failure to deliver the service.

Creative services involve subjective preferences. Customers should provide clear requirements before work begins and use any included revision opportunities to request reasonable changes.

12. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

Customers agree to contact us first regarding any concern with an order before initiating a payment dispute or chargeback.

Unauthorized chargebacks or payment disputes submitted without first allowing us a reasonable opportunity to address an eligible issue may result in the suspension of services or future orders.

Nothing in this section limits any rights provided by applicable payment-provider rules or applicable law.

13. Exceptions Required by Law

This No-Return & Refund Policy does not exclude or restrict any refund, cancellation, consumer protection, or other rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.

Where applicable law requires a refund or other remedy, that legal requirement will apply.
